All around great service! Mark of Bender Appliance Repair gave us an estimate for repairing our Bosch dishwasher, had the original replacement part on his truck (valve), and replaced it quickly. Fantastic - we're so pleased!

I reached out to Bender Appliances Sunday afternoon and instantly got a response back and appointment set up for the following morning to fix my washer. Mark was on time, texted when he was 2O mins away, and didn't leave a mess. He was fast too and a reasonable price. Less than $100 to do the job (much better than having to buy a new washer! ). Would definitely use him for other appliance repairs.

Mark responded immediately to our repair request submitted on the weekend. He was very knowledgeable about our washer (even though it's super old) and had it back up and running as soon as the part came in. Also sealed a leak in the connector hose. So happy we don't have to buy a new washer! Saved money and time being without a washer for sure. Highly recommend for appliance repairs.

I reached out in the evening regarding my dryer not working. He spoke to me on the phone and was able to give me an idea of what cost could be based on what might be wrong which gave me confidence and was then able to come the next day and fix it perfectly for a price that felt very appropriate and reasonable. Would definitely reach out if I have any other problems with appliances.
