- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are simple and clear, with no hidden fees. Travel within Glendale is included, and for longer distances there may be a small travel fee. I also offer gentle discounts for returning clients and special packages for brides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I start by listening carefully to their wishes and the occasion. We discuss the look they want, their outfit, and any preferences for skin finish or colors. I always prepare the skin gently to make the makeup last beautifully. Throughout the process, I communicate and make sure the client feels comfortable and confident. My goal is for every client to feel relaxed, cared for, and gorgeous.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional makeup training from leading artists and academies, where I learned modern techniques, skin preparation, and long-lasting makeup application. I also continue improving my skills through workshops, masterclasses, and working with brides and clients for different occasions. Education never stops for me — I always keep up with new trends and products to give my clients the best experience.
