Blue Rooster was responsive and professional! I had a last minute cancellation, so I didn't end up working with them, but their service up to that point was great. They gave me a call beforehand to get details on the rug - hand dye, how it was made, etc - to make sure that they brought the right tools to minimize any color loss or color bleed. I would definitely use them for any future rug cleaning!

I was able to set up same day service for Red Rooster to come out an clean two area rugs. I initially was going to have them pick them up, which they said they would do, but they advised me it would be much cheaper to do in the house. The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and told me about what he was going to do, and helped me move all the furniture. It was a pretty reasonable price, $150 for two large area rugs. I would use them again.
