Chad did an amazing job on our carpet! He made two years of uncleaned carpet with stains literally go from night to day. I needed this done last minute before family came to visit and after contacting numerous cleaners and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Very nice, arrived on time, communicated with me before and after, explained each step of the cleaning and stuck to his promised quote. Also, his assistant was out sick and Chad was able to do all of this solo! Thanks so much again Chad and Blue Rooster carpet!

Chad and John worked very hard on a very hot day and got excellent results, They are great to work with and worked extra hard on our very tough spots from our dogs. They did a great job on our furniture as well. I appreciated Chad staying with the quote he gave me, because it seems carpet cleaners always "change' the price even though they say they won't do that! Thank You Chad, for your honesty and follow thru!

My carpet, love seat and couch needed to be cleaned. Badly. Blue Rooster did an amazing job! Chad, who I scheduled with, was polite and professional, as was John who did the actual cleaning. John was punctual, took his time being thorough and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks wonderful (he even cleaned the tassels!), the couch looks almost new, and the loveseat, an ancient, needs-to-be-reupholstered thing, looks miles better. I am thrilled, and will not only use them again but also refer to my friends. Thank you!
