They are old windows in a Victorian House, and the issues were different per window - some had nails in them, others did not shut, others were broken. He came out, assessed everything and then got everything done. And top of it all, he was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, great communication about timelines and more. Then, he noticed a few other items around the house, like an additional window and a draggy door that was squeaking, and he fixed those too - free of charge. He sent pictures of everything as well as videos. Alex was so helpful. In fact, I am looking what other jobs I can get done with him given he is such an experienced and professional handyman with many years of experience in construction and repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Alex."See more
