I do not perform electrical work, in-wall wiring, cable runs, Ethernet drops, or low-voltage cabling. I can help install, configure, connect, and troubleshoot equipment using existing cables, existing wiring, or wireless/battery-powered devices. My focus is clear communication, realistic diagnostics, and reliable solutions. I explain the issue, discuss options and pricing before starting, and make sure everything is working properly before I leave.

Exceptional, really. It turns out that my new computer purchased from WooT an Amazon Co. was missing a part. No wifi card. Stolen out of it and sold to me. I asked NeoCore to set up my PC and he determined the problem while installing drivers and getting everything set up. He figured out a solution and saved me from having to return it. On-site service has a minimum visit charge of $200, which includes 2 hours of service. I always explain the issue, options, and pricing before starting extended work.
