My husband and I had a pretty unconventional idea to have friends help us paint a mural in our new baby's nursery ahead of his arrival. To create the concept we wanted Marine to sketch out a design of our choosing and then have friends paint within those sketched lines. Then Marine would come back after my friends painted the design and put in final details/clean up the final mural. Marine was so excited about the project and not only dove in head first but added so much to the project that exceeded our expectations. She helped us identify the paints we would need to match the design we wanted, added numbered stickers to the sketch so when friends came to paint, the wall looked like a massive 'paint by numbers' project. And she even created an adorable 'key' to remind our friends which color corresponds with which color. Her sketch and instructions were so easy for our friends to follow and they were able to not only have a blast but did an incredible job (thanks in much part to her work). Then Marine came back to our house to fix any errors, add final details and beautify the design. We are BEYOND happy with Marine's work - it's so well done and beautiful and her professionalism and enthusiasm for our project was infectious. We cannot thank her enough and we can't wait to enjoy the nursery with our baby boy when he arrives!!!"See more
