- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we started this company and created our price range, we want everybody to know that all our prices needs to be attainable, reasonable, and fair to all our clients and couples who we will serve to give them the utmost service without breaking their bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first question that we ask the couple is "What is your vision of your perfect wedding". And from that, we will start collaborating with our couples and start planning for everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my knowledge as well as my staff came from all the years of experience and exposure to different projects that we served. And we are the perfect examples of practice makes perfect and we already perfected our trade at this point.
