FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique based on its situation, how big or how small it is, new construction, remodel, addition, existing materials, distances, access points .... so I like to go and see the job, discuss with customer give my professional advices if needed and give more exact price based on the facts. If there is no troubleshooting its free. So the customers can make sure that the contractor is not going to start with a low price and then change during the work process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet my customers in person, troubleshoot if needed if not at least see the situation, and give them an idea how are we planing to perform their projects and give them a logical quote. For me there is a big difference between making something work or doing it in the best way.
