Growing up in Hollywood, California, he developed a love for the understanding of human nature and human behavior. It is his love for people that has caused him to delve into the lives of others, both in forming relationships and through the visual medium. In his studies on human behavior at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he developed a desire to better understand and capture the essence of personhood, life and creation in all its glory. Coupled by his love for photography, he attempts to engage in the poetic expression of life and creation through the lens of fine art photography. His style can be summarized from the poetic truths of Robert Frost in “The Road Not Taken”, namely that his visual work seeks to shed off the distractions of life in order to bring clarity to the experiences that shape our lives. It is not just the permanency of the moment that he tries to capture through the photograph, but the experience at the heart of it, which will last for generations to come.
