Stephan and his crew were fantastic to work with and did an amazing job repainting my house and replacing some of the siding. Stephan went over everything with me in the initial visit (timeline, specifics of the work, exact cost, etc.) and the work was done exactly as he described. When I saw how efficiently his team worked, I even asked Stephan to re-stain my fence and apply new cement paint on my front stoop. Excellent experience all around.

I hired Ed in may to paint my mobile home. He quoted a price of 7,000.00 to do the house, downspouts, eves, railing, shed, and carport. After a long period of waiting for approval from association we were able to start the job. He brought in one guy to do “repairs” that he thought should be done first along with replacing window caulking and prepping for power wash and painting. That took about 8 hours total. Then they power washed and painted. The day of painting he comes to me to tell me that I have some water damage on some cement and that he will fix it with this special paint and that it will be 1,300.00 more. (I took a pic of this paint and it was purchased in 2021, not even for my job just a prop to up-charge me)Stupid me I didn’t go out to see what he was talking about. Later I asked the painter if he put this special coating on and he said no it’s grey. Don’t you want that area white? So that never happened but I was charged the money. The painter told me that Ed told him the shed wasn’t included and I have proof in writing that it was. The house was changing colors why would I leave the shed peach. The hoa wouldn’t allow that. But he reluctantly agreed to paint it at no charge as if he was doing me a favor. He also said the carport that is aluminum wasn’t part of it either and that he will paint it but won’t guarantee the work. The eves are aluminum and he painted those without telling me that they weren’t guaranteed. Do I didn’t get the part of the carport painted but yet he painted the top. Are they different materials? Now I take care of my 59 year old special needs sister and she is quite demanding so I couldn’t be out there watching their every move. Which certainly made it easy for short cuts to be made. As for the payment breakdown. He asked for a deposit of 3,000.00. Then when the first guy did his job he asked for another payment. Then he showed up with the painter he asked for all but 1000.00 before the painting even started. Why didn’t he just ask for both payments after the first guy. No work was done between those payments. Now I have caught Ed in many lies. Lies that weren’t even necessary which tells me he just lies to lie. Three weeks later I notice chipping on my newly painted house and black paint transferred on to the white paint. I let Ed know by text cause he likes to phone you so there is no record. I didn’t trust him so I even recorded a couple conversations. Ed comes over I walked the house with him showing him the many issues I found. He said he would have a worker here the following Saturday. Then I get a text that he will have to do it the following Saturday because it’s July 4th. The following Saturday comes and no show or text so I text him. I get a text back from Ed’s wife saying he is in the hospital and also sends paperwork from a doctor or hospital with his name and date of June 20th. I saw Ed after June 20th and never said a word. So I replied mentioning the date and I received a nasty text back. I replied back saying Ed wasn’t going to do the work so why didn’t the workers show up. If the job was scheduled Ed going into the hospital wouldn’t affect the repairs. I haven’t received another text since. I’ll be taking this to court after I hire another contractor to fix the mistakes cause they will be paying that back. $8,300.00 to paint a mobile home is pretty excessive. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. Get everything in writing because he will send you a stock quote/contract like he did me that was for commercial buildings and it doesn’t show the real scope of work and hope you won’t notice and if you do like I did plays dumb. Thank god I sent him a text regarding the scope of work. He’s not standing by his work. Taking advantage of someone in my position is beyond deplorable.

the fact that I grew up doing this type of work and properly licensed I noticed in the industry that other companies hire salespeople that have no idea how to even hold a hammer our customers should require some degree of knowledge in that trade I would suggest
