I am a conservatory trained musician with a specialization in music theory and composition. I keep a semi-active performance schedule so I know the industry well. I have a bachelor’s degree in music composition and I have been an educator for 10 years. I strive to foster a love for music in all my students. My students range from hobbyists, just having fun and cultivating a fun skill, to competitive musicians with the potential to pursue their own careers in music. Many of my students compete in various scholarships and competitions as well as test for certification through programs like ABRSM. I curate my lesson plans, expectations and checkpoints uniquely to the goals of each student.See more
