First, I visit the site to assess the work needed. I discuss the client’s expectations, recommend the best materials, and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, I focus on surface preparation, ensuring a high-quality result. After completing the job, I do a final walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction.
