I had the best experience!! Absolutely exceptional! I felt extremely relaxed and rejuvenated after my session with Christine. I have anxiety so I’m always tense and stressed but after my session I suddenly felt lighter and way more calm, I felt like I traveled into another space in time and my mind was at such relaxed state. I felt lighter but also more grounded and my weight was on my feet less on my shoulders. I realized that sound and sensations has the ability to calm my mind into a trans state. Having an instructor like Christine definitely helps reach a high level of relaxation and mediation. I highly highly recommend a session!!! Absolutely the greatest!

Christine was incredible. From the moment I stepped into her space, I knew I was going to have a great experience. She was warm, inviting, and very thorough. The sound bath was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I honestly felt like I was on drugs the entire time but I was completely sober! She set time aside after the bath to allow time to digest and process. Her knowledge is invaluable and I will definitely be back! I’ve already recommended her to a couple people. Thanks Christine <3

Had an amazing sound bath! It was my first time, and didn’t know what to expect going in, but Christine explained everything and made me feel safe and comfortable going in. The breath work and mediation was a great start on the journey, feeling like I was taken to another world with my eyes closed! I felt rejuvenated at the end, and felt inspired to get to work on myself and improving things in my life!
