I met john a about six month ago at the gym. I was overweight and I needed to start working out. After being at the gym For about month with no results. I was getting helpless. And I always saw john working out. After talking to him about the proper nutrition to eat and the right workouts. I began to train with him. And after two months I dropped around 25 pounds of fat and gaining muscle. Trust me when I say this guy is amazing he know what he does and I guarantee results.

I would definitely recommend Jon to anyone I meet!!! In fact I have!!! Jon is great in every aspect from start to finish. He took the time to find out what my goals were and then designed a plan to help me achieve them. I liked his straightforwardness and his ability to find ways to motivate me that others had not been able to do! Mr. Zakhary helped me get right back into shape. After having my child I was very overweight and needed that extra boost to get me where I wanted (and needed) to be. Mr. Zakhary helped me get my pre-baby bod and MORE (I am more toned now than I have ever been in my life.) He does tend to push a little too hard so this is not for those not serious about getting in shape. If you are serious--he is your guy! And he's not to bad on the eyes either, haha.
