Thumbtack shouldn’t limit users to 3 great things to say about a service provider, because I could select 100 for Titan Termite! Especially Daniel P., who was the inspector in my case. Daniel was super professional and helpful when it came to explaining the results of the inspection to me. Also, the company in general helped me out with an inspection when I was in a really tight spot. Can’t thank you guys enough for a truly excellent customer experience!

I scheduled Titan Termite for a full termite inspection of a house I was purchasing. Something came up and nobody was able to be at the house for the inspection. I got a call from the inspector who was very courteous and understanding when I told him I had to cancel last minute. They offered to reschedule and were very professional. So 5* for the great attitude although no inspection actually took place.

Super nice guys came out for just an inspection I had found termite droppings all over my kitchen and garage. They did a quick treatment and patched up the areas like it never happened. Loved the fact that my pets were allowed to just hang in the house just after 30min! Thanks for coming out on such short notice on a rainy day!
