My Jenn-Air dishwasher stopped working and needed a hard reset. I contacted SFM, and Jake came out the next day. He solved the problem and got my dishwasher up and running again. While he was here, I mentioned that my unit was not balanced (the top shelf kept rolling out). Jake said he could come back out the next day and fix it for me. He came out, and it no longer rolls out. I am very happy with the service, and I will definitely hire him again.

Jake showed up at approximately 1 PM. He replaced the impellor in the drain pump, and it fixed the problem. He ran the washer afterwards to show the problem was fixed. I give him a '5' based on a 5-star review!

They responded very quickly and Jake was able to come within 20 minutes to diagnose my refrigerator. After concluding that my defrost timer needed replacement, Jake gave me different options for the replacement part. I appreciate that he's making efforts to keep my cost low.
