My Jenn-Air dishwasher stopped working and needed a hard reset. I contacted SFM, and Jake came out the next day. He solved the problem and got my dishwasher up and running again. While he was here, I mentioned that my unit was not balanced (the top shelf kept rolling out). Jake said he could come back out the next day and fix it for me. He came out, and it no longer rolls out.
I am very happy with the service, and I will definitely hire him again.
