Says it all in the name! I got a response within five minutes and technician was at my house in 2 hrs. Technician was honest ended up being a screw loose making all the noise but he also advised me what issues I might be having in the near future based on what he observed and the years I’ve had my washer. Thanks Best Local Appliance Repair! Definitely will call again if I ever need anything.

I have utilized this company multiple times in the past 6 months. One time was because my dryer was not functioning instead of running up labor hours or putting in a bad repair they advised me that I should get a new dryer and recommended certain brands. After that incident I ended up using an old dryer from my parents house and I need a new thermostat they responded very quickly and showed up within a couple hours replace the thermostats and gave a discount since they had the part on their truck. Thirdly, I had an issue with by refrigerator not cooling and they advised me about how much it would cost right off the bat so that I can make a decision whether to spend the money or whether to get a new one. Very classy, they are all very punctual and friendly and get the job done as efficiently and as professionally as possible. I would recommend them to anybody needing any kind of service.

Highly recommend Sure Fix Appliance Repair. Sadly, my fridge was going to cost more to fix vs a new purchase, but the technician was prompt, honest and very clear explaining the repairs needed. I didn't ask for an emergency assessment, but they arrived within a few hours of my submitted request. I would reach out to them again, if needed.
