Working remotely, he was able to clear the problems with my computer that had been plaguing me for over a year. Very responsive on first contact. Was open to both emails and texting to ensure I could relay all related information/screen prints/ errors, etc to get the big picture. Remoted to my machine and made changes that have helped me monitor processes and alleviate further issues, including not having to purchase a brand new machine. Great service !
