Don came and repaired our windows swiftly. Upon sending some photos of what needed to be repaired, we were given a quote, and he came a couple days later to fix it. WE TYPICALLY CAN GIVE ESTIMATES OVER THE PHONE FOR SIMPLE REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT JOBS. FOR MORE INVOLVED PROJECTS, WE PREFER TO SEE THE EXISTING ELEMENTS AND GET PRECISE MEASUREMENTS. IT'S A S SIMPLE AS SETTING UP AND APPOINTMENT AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. OCCASIONALLY WE ASK CUSTOMERS TO EMAIL US PICTURES, AS WELL.
