We needed a 60" HDTV mounted on a motorized lift. After submitting a request on Thumbtack, Andy (A.C.T. owner) responded within minutes and arrived at our home in less than 30 minutes. He evaluated the situation, measured carefully, explained what he would do - and 30 minutes later returned with a team that got the job done beautifully, professionally and punctually. All at a totally fair and reasonable price. I couldn't give anyone a higher rating for this type of service. I am a retired medical professional and don't usually give rave reviews for home repair services. But this was truly exceptional! I would hire Andy and his team again in a minute!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on job . Flat rates allow the customer piece of mind to know that I am not milking them by the hour and their new system was not rushed .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer contacts me I like to have a phone conversation to make sure I get all the information needed. I will then offer my recommendation and set a time to install based on the customers need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked and contracted for circuit city, firedog,mission audio, Bestbuy and many other outfits locally. I have mounted over 200 tv's and can do anything in audio/video, security, home automation or computer systems .
