- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly teaching myself about all aspects of a successful career in photography: from technical tips on shooting to business techniques and customer satisfaction, I am always learning. I am self-taught to begin with, so much of what I know comes from experimentation and commitment to perfecting an idea.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common clients are high school and college seniors, couples, and professionals who need headshots. I also love doing business rebrands, editorial work, and fashion photography.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I decided to start pushing my limits. One location I really wanted to try out was Point Reyes, a beautiful area north of San Francisco. For this shoot, I found a model, a stylist, and a make-up artist and put it together in less than 3 days! It was a 2.5 hour drive each way, and we wanted to be there for sunset, so it was a long day! I learned that I have a surprising amount of endurance when I'm doing what I love.
