Introduction: I provide caring, compassionate counseling to help clients move forward throughout the challenges and make positive changes. I work with individuals and couples to address relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, low self-esteem, perfectionism and new pathways for personal growth. While working with individuals, my clients set the goals they wish to address.
Couple therapy focuses on understanding that arguments are often misguided attempts to preserve the relationship. The therapeutic work allows the couple to become aware of how they get stuck in conflict and how to become closer, instead of pushing each other away.
