DJ B. says, "Reliable, Responsive and a Fair Price! Sounds too good to be true, I know. But I truly belive Kenny is the rare trifecta. For some context, I am new, first time homebuyer. I have been hit with a slew of unexpected repairs needed - be it from bathroom remodeling, roof replacement, plumbing, electrical, landscape grade problems - you name it. Home Ownership (just 1 mont in) has been really stresssful so far, but I hoping the storm will calm down after this initial period. All of my savings went into the downpayment, so I am extremely price sensitive for all this work. On top of that, as a first time homebuyer I dont have much experience myself. So really, I have no alternative to getting multiple quotes for everything, scouring the internet, talking to as many trademen as I can - in the middle of a demanding corporate job and a 3 yr old daughter - to develop a sense of what is good quality work and what is a fair price. For my electrical work, it was the same. Had to do my due diligence first. Based on all of that, I found Kenny to clear, precise, straight-forward, open and fair on pricing, well-spoken, profession and very prompy with communication. He was the 4th electrician I spoke to (all 4 licensed, bonded, insured) , and the best thing I can say about Kenny is that he gave me the best price and the best service on the first try. No haggling. No trying to overcharge. No BS about charging me higher, and then trying to come lower to match other electricians. This speaks to his work ethic. He quoted me a price at the first go that was literally 2-3X lower than some of the first quotes of the other electricians. He runs his own company. Not a big company with overhead. Such a breath of fresh air for someone in my position. Hopefully, I have now found my to-go electrician as a first time homeowner in Van Nuys. Try calling Kenny.
