Ana C. says, "Reached out for a quote and Denis came by the same day to check out our HVAC system. Our AC was blowing air not cooling as the air itself was not cold. Once he arrived he quickly got to work looking at the condenser unit and he identified the issue. He shared what the issue was and what the cost would be and shared he could complete the work same day, we agreed and he fixed it right then and there. When he came into the home to check the air handler/furnace unit he noticed the air smelled damp and he identified that there was mold in the evaporator coils. He shared this with us and a solution as well as pricing, we agreed and he fixed this unknown issue same day as well. The AC ran great after the fact and when we had an issue with not cooling air again a few days later he came by to check it out. This time it was a bit of a mystery as he got it run perfectly fine and did not identify any issues. Overall would recommend using Denis, he is professional, responsive, and knows his craft well!"See more

Our old system had multiple problems and we were very worried there would be a leak in the house if this was not corrected. We had lots of questions and they both patiently answered everything. Christian showed us many possible replacements. Sano sent Pedro and Mike out the very next day. They rebuilt the closet containing the heating unit, added an air purifier and leak protector, replaced the old duct work, and installed a new outdoor unit and thermostat. Pedro and Mike were absolutely terrific, expert and efficient. The whole system is just beautiful. Christian came back and inspected everything and again answered all our questions. We highly recommend Sano and Christian, Jim, Pedro and Mike were all great!"See more
