We were very hesitant about filing for bankruptcy but due to our financial situation had no other choice. I looked up bankruptcy attorneys and came across Erika Luna on Thumbtack so I gave her a call. She explained the process to us and she was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns. The process was faster than I expected and now I have peace of mind. I would recommend Erika Luna to anyone. Thanks again Erika!!
Vanessa of Bizie Ladie, Inc. has been so wonderful. She helped me to finish preparing a bankruptcy petition that was started by someone else, and on a rush basis. She is truly customer service oriented!
If you are searching for a bankruptcy lawyer or just considering filing for bankruptcy, you need to call Jennifer Jones. I wasn't sure if I should even consider bankruptcy, but I called Jennifer for a consultation on what it entails. Not only did she answer all of my questions accurately and honestly, but she educated me on other positive aspects of filing that I had not known. After hiring her, every time I had a question or concern, she got back to me within minutes via email, text, or phone call. One of the most efficient and hardworking people I have ever met. She showed that she truly cared about me and my situation, and is extremely knowledgeable about the bankruptcy laws. During your search for bankruptcy lawyers you will find cheaper lawyers, but trust me, it's not worth it. It is totally worth paying just a little extra to hire Jennifer because she takes you by the hand and walks you through the very complex and complicated process of filing for bankruptcy. Thank you so much, Jennifer!

Chapter 7 Personal Bankruptcy Personal Bankruptcy (Chapter 7) 5.0 stars Posted by Shamshir August 4, 2016 Competent, thorough, compassionate, supportive, friendly...I just don't have enough adjectives to describe this wonderful attorney. With this attorney you actually get to speak to THE attorney, Ms. Douglas. The first time I spoke to her she made me feel I wasn't alone in this fight of my life; she had my back during the whole process. Excellent communications and always available to answer even my sometimes naive questions. I had a completely successful outcome of my case with Ms. Douglas's professional representation. Thank you.
The best way to describe the law firm of Marc Grossman is caring and compassionate. I was informed of all different scenarios my case could go and through it all Marc Grossman assured me that he will fight for me and get the best outcome. He truly looks out for his clients. I am so glad I made the decision to go with Attorney Grossman!! Thank you!
Working with Paul has been a phenomenal experience. I was nervous and uncertain how the Chapter 13 process would go, but Paul not only successfully handled my case, but he also explained everything to me and laid out the whole process (in a very friendly, caring, and thorough way). He knows the law inside and out, the likes and dislikes of the trustees who handle your case, and - unlike other attorneys - always quickly returned my calls and gave his undivided (and nonjudgmental) attention. Working with Paul on Chapter 13 was easier than getting my license renewed from the DMV and as seamless as ordering a package on Amazon.
I spoke with several attorneys as well as viewing information online. I feel that I have made the right decision in choosing WE LEGAL A.P.C..
From the minute I met Sandra I knew she was the one that could help me. I felt so comfortable with her. She is highly knowledgeable and so compassionate as to my concerns and needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is thinking about going through bankruptcy. She has lifted a burden off my shoulders that I thought could never be lifted. She's the best.
He's an amazing bankruptcy attorney! Highly recommend him to anyone. Got rid of $55,000 of credit card debt!
everything went fine so far
Chris was very professional and easy to work with. From the very first call, Chris answered all of our questions with thorough detail and made us feel at ease with the whole bankruptcy process. I'm glad we found Chris to help us during our financial hardship.
What a great experience I had working with Jonathan Vaknin on my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He is professional, attentive and very thorough. His experience and knowledge shows in all aspects of what he does. He really knows the law and what he is doing but what sets him apart is his warmth and understanding of his clients needs. I believe that anything needing an attorney can be stressful but he walked me through each step and made me feel supported the whole way through. He explained every detail and was extremely patient. His pricing was very reasonable especially for the time and attention that he gave to me and my case. I didn’t think that I would ever say that I would trust an attorney like “family” however in the case of Jonathan Vaknin I definitely do!
HE SEEMS GOOD.
For me picking the right lawyer was a difficult task. I had a bad experience which left me with a bad after taste when it comes to dealing with. Everyone wants an attorney with strong credentials that will be able return emails, calls & messages with a sense urgency and make you feel like a priority. Sara is all of the above, she is reliable and professional. She made this process quick and seamless, making the entire experience priceless.
I was thinking about filing for bankruptcy and my friend recommended me to Jeff Hsu. Jeff went over my other options besides bankruptcy. He also help me understand that filing for bankruptcy isn't a simple process. He really helped me prepare for everything that I had to face. He is very thorough.
