Faith Kiema-Phillips trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Pasadena CA and Susan Kiema trained at Art Institute, Santa Monica CA. Both are Kenyan born and bring an eclectic flair to their cuisine. They've worked together in high-end catering and as private chefs for over 12 years. Their cutting edge menus are based on high quality, local, and sustainable products.
