When my eight year old cracked his laptop screen, rather than purchase a new one, my husband and I decided to get it repaired. I checked TT and found BlessnBiz. I reached out to Mr. Wilson and he responded right away. I explained the issue and he provided the information what type of screen we needed to order for the repair. Once we received the new screen, I notified Mr. Wilson, he provided his address and my husband dropped the laptop off to him. Mr. Wilson called within a few hours to state the laptop was ready for pick up. When our son plugged the laptop up, it worked perfectly. Thanks Mr. Wilson for the great work that you completed expeditiously at a very reasonable price.

Tramel will be my "go to" guy for all future PC work based on today's performance! The work today turned into a 2.5 hour marathon that recovered all the laptop data, put in a clean full Windows 10 installation due to a corrupted existing OS because an update was apparently not allowed to complete before the user powered it down, added all the drivers and even an antivirus. All this was for the quoted $60 -- what a DEAL!

I'm so happy with the service BessnBiz did on my computer! I was having serious issues with my Windows PC, it seemed to have gotten a kind of virus that changed the way the entire system looked on the monitor, it wasn't usable at all. At a first glance, he wondered if something was wrong with the video card. But after patiently listening to us explain what happened and why we thought it was infected, he decided to investigate the symptoms we told him we saw. I really like that he listened to us, it was very professional. He got to work and fixed whatever was causing our computer to act corrupted, and then he even re-installed Windows for us, which was so helpful because I wouldn't know where to go to get that started!
Overall, he was very kind, and he worked quickly, and now my computer is in perfect condition, it's actually running even faster than it was before! He recommended a strong anti-virus service that I should download to protect my computer, which I am installing as I'm writing this. I'm very happy with BlessnBiz Computer Services, and I'll be calling him again if I ever need anything done to my computer!

My home office computer went down. I panicked as all my business customers were locked in that unaccessable computer. Tramal came over by appointment at 8:30 p.m and within 2 minutes he was able to bring it back to life and to assure me the hard drive was not damaged but it was apparent I needed to buy a new computer. I purchased new computer. Tramal installed it and transferred my business files. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and business like. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

BlessnBiz Computer Services was so diligent and responsive to my questions, I have nothing but the highest appreciation for their work. In fact, after they dealt with my first computer need (saving pictures from old computers that were not working), I asked them to work on two lap tops. I charge an flat rate for residential clients and hourly for small businesses. Travel is included in service charge. Additional cost for parts provided by BlessnBiz Computer Service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer to discuss their computer needs and schedule service. Give the customer a business card upon arrival. Perform repairs, and give customer a work order detailing services performed. Receive payment

I have an CompTIA A+ certification as well as Microsoft Certified Pro certifications.
