The tech was able to identify and photograph an issue that we could never have seen ourselves - a disconnected dryer exhaust duct line deep within our crawl space - and was able to repair it for a very reasonable price. Every step of the way he stopped to show us what he discovered and our options, so there were never any surprises in regards to service options. Very polite and thorough work, will hire again.
