I cant say enough good things about Raknid Pest Solutions! Every service starts with a free quote - no cost, no obligation. Initial comprehensive service starts at $175, with recurring plans from $59/month depending on frequency. No hidden fees, and if a covered pest comes back between visits, I return at no additional charge. Pricing is the same whether it's your first call or your fiftieth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every account starts with a real inspection! I'm looking for entry points, harborage, and the actual conditions driving the problem, not doing a quick walkaround and spraying. From there I explain exactly what I found and what I'm treating, and you get a written service record after every visit. If a covered pest returns before the next scheduled service, I come back at no charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a California-licensed Structural Pest Control Board Branch 2 Operator (License OPR14197) with 13 years in the industry, including branch management, commercial division oversight, and building compliance programs for multi-property accounts before starting Raknid.
