- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a very competitive market approach. I often have special promotions promising lowest bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet client at his/her office, home, or closest Starbucks. Then formalize engagement with an engagement letter. Then create a shared Drop-Box where client deposits tax documents and any other documents. After completion, PDF copy is posted in Drop-Box for client to retrieve. Client either mails check or pays over the phone with credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Enrolled agents must obtain 72 hours of continuing education every three years. A minimum of 16 hours must be earned per year, two of which must be on ethics. Enrolled agents must use an IRS approved CE provider.
