Santwan was incredibly polite, honest, and punctual. He worked hard to install a grill (in downpouring rain!), went to the hardware store twice to buy a missing part, and was honest about charging us -- he didn't charge us for the extra time it took him to go get the parts. As someone who has worked with many contractors who try to price gouge you after arriving on site, I really appreciated Santwan's honesty and integrity. He was also very punctual and professional.
