Dan was punctual at his appointment and gave a clear estimate of the work and time required to complete it. As part of the diagnosis , he did additional checks to ensure that I dont have secondary problems due to an old run capacitor and insufficient Freon. He was very compliant in explaining the work he was doing. I am also thankful that I was accommodate within 24 hours of my request.

Out ac stopped working on the hottest day of the year and within a few min of posting on thumbtack, Global responded. We were able to pick a time online for just a few hours later. The service man arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within a few min. He fixed the problem and was done within 30 min. Got the job done, responsive and punctual. Can’t ask for anything more!
