Maksim was immediately responsive to my request, came out the next day, diagnosed my clothes dryer's problem, and recommended some next best steps for me to take. He didn't push any repair sale on me and actually instead recommended that I replace my dryer instead of repair, pointing out that LG dryers are expensive to repair whereas Samsung dryers have cheaper parts. Based on his advice I'm going to replace my dryer, but will reach back out in case I have any other issues in the future. Thanks Maksim!

Maksim responded very quickly regarding repair of my dryer. Showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Required a new part, but he was able to keep dryer going in the meantime. Got back to me as soon as he received the part and scheduled follow-up appointment. Was in and out in no time.
