Based on the comments from previous customers, I chose Jason since he worked on commercial/residential refrigerators and had high ratings. What I will say is he is a great guy. He was very professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. He spoke to me and allowed me to make my decision based on his diagnosis before moving on and he wasn’t pushy. He did a great job and got my fridge back up and running, possibly saving me thousands of dollars on a new fridge. I would recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise.

Responsive, punctual and priced well. Samsung fridge was building up ice in turn blocking a drain causing water to pool at the bottom of the refrigerator. All as well and we will have to see if the issue resurfaces. 🤞🏼
