- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I utilize an hourly rate based on size of event and the variety of individually made cocktails required. If I can prepare batch cocktails in advance, I will have a lower rate. I prefer to have a tip jar, but can adjust and eliminate the tip jar based on an adequate negotiated rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially talk to the customer to understand their vision, budget and expectations of my services for the event. I am then able to recommend options and a timeline that align with their budget and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as an electrical engineer. However, I have transitioned from that line of work, and I am following my passion, which is creatively crafting cocktails.
