Jared is extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. However, what is most striking about Heat Rx! is their superb customer service and unfaltering dedication to helping people--qualities which distinguish them as clearly going beyond the call of duty. For example, Heat Rx! has an impressive, user-friendly website, which not only describes their services, areas of expertise and treatment approaches, but also provides invaluable information about bed bugs, including blogs, photos, facts, bite symptoms, identification, and travel tips, such as how to inspect hotel beds and rooms, and how to protect one's home against possible infestations. In addition, Jared is truly caring, compassionate and empathic. We are not sure we had bed bug in our apartment and we had multiple insect bites which resembled bed bug bites. He installed traps for our bedroom, install dead traps at different section of our apartment, treated the baseboards with a long lasting residual product in the event any bed bugs come from neighboring units they will encounter and perish. After Jared did his second treatment, due to long lasting residual product, beg bugs came out from their nest and in the midnight I found some of them are crawling on my sofa, I immediately texted on Jared’s mobile and in couple of minutes, I heard back from Jared and quickly schedule an appointment for free treatment. He came on time and treated our bed room, couch with high heat steam and inspected each and every section of apartment where possibility of bedbugs. Thorough inspection conducted by Jared --revealed a complete absence of bed bugs in our home, and no further services were required, I shall never forget their kindness, professionalism and support. Amazing!! You guys did such a great job! I left a review on Yelp, and I've actually never written a review before of a company in my life, so well done :) If you have any issues with bed bugs, you HAVE to go to these guys. They made a special circumstance for our apartment, and were so kind and responsive. Also, their prices were really reasonable. If there are any reviews that say otherwise, ignore them! They are the real deal, and the only company I would go to!

Great experience with Jared from Heatrx. I was convinced we were dealing with a bedbug infestation and sent him a desperate text and some pictures in the middle of the night. He got back to me early the next morning and came by to do a free bed bug inspection of our house at noon. Turns out we don't have bedbugs, but possibly rodent mites. He was patient, reassuring and gave us some good advice for moving forward. I really appreciated his timely response. Would definitely recommend.

Jared showed up and was really thorough with his search, and he also gave me a lot of helpful tips along the way about my situation. He provided a mattress sealant for me immediately after the inspection, and aside from the great service, he was also just super cool and kind. Im thankful for it!!!
