- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for our services are calculated by the square footage of your home and your specific pest issue. It is not a one size fits all approach. We develop a special program to deal with your issues and keep your home and family protected all year long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact Western, you will be connected directly with one of our highly trained residential specialists. We take a consultative approach, working in partnership with you, when making the best service recommendations for your home and family. Once you decide to move forward with the agreed upon treatment plan, a licensed technician will be assigned to your account and scheduled to work with you to eliminate your pest control concern normally within 24 to 48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Western technicians carry licenses for the states in which they work, but are also required to pass extensive training courses internally- holding them to a higher standard than other pest control companies. These training courses allow our technicians to learn the latest and greatest methods for eliminating pests. Being a part of the largest pest control company in the world, means we have access to some of the highest quality training and knowledge in the industry. We conduct monthly internal meetings to ensure consistency throughout each and every one of our local services.
