Todd F. says, "Connected right away and they were able to send someone within 24 hours - this was a good start. They called an hour before the appointment and asked if they could have the tech arrive an hour later. I said okay. I appreciated the heads up. The tech left the appointment without being able to solve the issue in the moment. He offered to return the following day to assist. The owner/head technician contacted me after the tech left the appoint and said he had the part, could install it tonight, and would be there in 20-30 minutes. The owner/head technician arrived, was professional, calm, and explained the issue, what steps he would be taking, and kept me updated on the work. He also noticed that the breaker box had an improper breaker switch; he said he knew the right part and would return in a few days to fix with the extra breaker switch at no charge. Appreciated the communication, kindness of both techs, and the solid work the lead technician did to solve the issue."See more

While the permit approvals from PG&E took some time, which was out of our control, Elvin followed through diligently until the job was complete. His pricing is very reasonable. Beyond the main installation, he also helped debug a recurring issue with one of the circuits and installed a new 20-amp circuit for the microwave. The number of hours he and his team put in makes hiring them an excellent value. Elvin is honest, diligent, responsible, and trustworthy.
