The team was really great and were true to their word. Sam was responsive to any questions, and was actually there leading the team the day of our deep clean. He and his team clearly take pride in their quality of work as well. I definitely recommend them.

This is what you will use:
We recently hired Prime Shine Services to clean our office space, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Sam and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. From the moment they arrived, they paid close attention to every detail — the floors, windows, restrooms, and even hard-to-reach spots were spotless.
What really stood out was how accommodating and respectful they were of our work environment. They worked around our schedule and made the whole process seamless. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it truly shows in the results.
If you’re looking for a cleaning service that’s reliable, friendly, and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Prime Shine Services. We’ll definitely be using them regularly!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding!
We’ve been using Prime Shine Services for our commercial cleaning needs, and they have exceeded every expectation. From day one, their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail stood out. The team is always punctual, courteous, and incredibly thorough—leaving every inch of our facility spotless and refreshed.
What truly sets them apart is their commitment to consistency and quality. Whether it’s routine cleaning or a deep sanitation service, they always deliver with precision and care. We’ve seen a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and presentation of our workspace since bringing them on board, and our employees and clients have taken notice too!
Their customer service is also top-notch—quick responses, tailored solutions, and a genuine dedication to client satisfaction. It’s rare to find a cleaning company that treats your space with the same care as their own, but Prime Shine does just that.
If you’re looking for a commercial cleaning partner you can trust, look no further than Prime Shine Services. They bring the “shine” in more ways than one. Highly recommended!

I run a commercial property in the East Bay Area and have been using Prime Shine Services for a few months now. Honestly, they’ve been great. The team shows up on time, does a thorough job, and is easy to communicate with if anything comes up or needs extra attention.
We’ve had trouble in the past with cleaners missing small details or rushing through the job, but that hasn’t been an issue here. The space always looks clean and feels taken care of after they leave.
Would definitely recommend them to other business owners or property managers looking for a reliable cleaning service.
