I loved my experience! My first time with with Pup Spa and wow I was able to get my medium hair dilute calico kitty groomed today. Brennan was on time, so amazing with her ( she's 17!), &such a skilled groomer.

Today was our third appointment with Pup Spa, and I can confidently say we couldnt be happier! Our groomer, Kennedy, is absolutely amazing.The first time we booked with her, we explained that our Chihuahua, Pumpkin, had been mistreated by previous groomers and was very anxious. We told Kennedy that if Pumpkin wasnt comfortable with something, we didnt want her to be forced. Kennedy completely respected that, and her patience, kindness, and genuine love for animals immediately put us at ease.One of my favorite things is that Pup Spa sends progress pictures during the grooming appointment. It was so reassuring to see Pumpkin doing well while she was being groomed. When she came back to our apartment, she was running around happy and relaxed. Normally she hates getting groomed, but she absolutely loves Kennedy, and that says everything.Kennedy goes above and beyond to make sure Pumpkin feels safe. She even carries her across the parking lot to and from the grooming van so she doesnt have to walk through the lot. Once theyre safely on our side by the apartment, she puts Pumpkin down and lets her walk on her leash. Its little acts of care like that that show how much she truly loves what she does.The service is outstanding, the prices are fair, and the communication is excellent. We havent used any other groomers at Pup Spa because, honestly, we dont feel the need to. Kennedy has earned our complete trust, and we know Pumpkin is in the best hands every single time.Thank you, Kennedy, for taking such incredible care of our little girl. We appreciate you more than you know!

Pup Spa has been great so far. Groomer, Francisco has groomed Bobby for years and it's wonderful that he now works there. The vehicle was very clean and Bobby felt comfortable. Thank you!

Exceptional service for anxious dogs!Our experience with Pup Spa and their staff was fantastic! Our dog tends to get anxious and reactive in certain situations, so the idea of grooming was very stressful for us. After reading Pup Spas Yelp reviews and speaking with them on the phone, I felt much more calm and confident moving forward.It was so convenient having the grooming van come right to our house. Our groomer, Francisco, introduced himself, took time to make sure we were all on the same page, and instantly put our dog at ease. She took to him right away and was eager to hop into the van! Francisco even sent us photo updates during the grooming, which was such a thoughtful touch.Before we knew it, the door opened and our dog came out beautifully groomed and happy. Wow! We cant thank Francisco and Pup Spa enough. Im so grateful weve found such caring professionals to help our girl get the care she needs and deserves.

The best mobile grooming, actually grooming company Ive ever dealt with I first went to a competitor who instead of saying they couldnt do the cut left my dog half cut and returned her to my backyard When I went to get the cash to pay the person, this company came and saved my poor babies Halloween dream of being a lion, they did such an amazing job and were able to fit us in. It was a night and day difference the professionalism, and overall experience that we had with PupSpa vs Bark bus Francisco is the best groomer Ive ever met and the way he handled and how gentle he was with our daughter It was a natural fit, and they will be our Groomer as long as I own an animal.
