- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The key for us is seeing the project. In reference to polishing concrete, a concrete slab or floor with no obstructions and has easy access will usually cost 5 to 7 dollars a square feet depending the conditions of the concrete. Also, colors, logo, obstructions, accessibility and so on all play a part in the final bid. If its a large project the cost will be closer to the lower end. We have to see all projects to give you a close to perfect estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to "wow" the customer and this craft allows me to do that with ease. And to see regular old concrete reflect the items in the floor to this day still amazes me!

We are always remodeling homes, bathrooms, kitchens, room additions so many people are updating there homes all the time. DiamondStar Polishers is constantly changing owners and managers mind about the basic flooring options as well. To get a marble look at a tile or carpet price impresses our clients all the time.
