I was changing out a shower faucet cartridge in our 1978 home due to difficulty opening, adjusting, and closing the faucet. I used a cartridge puller but being that the house is old with minimal upkeep, the cartridge broke inside the pipe. I ran out of options despite using a tap and drill to remove the cartridge sleeve. I contacted A&Z and within minutes received a response. Val came out a couple of hours later and saved the day! By the way, it was a Sunday afternoon and holiday weekend. Much appreciated my friends.

Valy came to replace my toilet flapper today. I appreciate the speed and the quality of work. He made sure the right flapper is used and did not hesitate to change when in doubt.
