I needed quick service. Walid was very professional and arrived on time which was very important for me. He did good job of fixing broken towel rod to the wall. Also said if I have any questions regarding work done I can reach out anytime. I will definitely rehire him in future if needed. Thank you.
Walid was prompt a communicative. He was wellprrpared and worked quickly to exchange my hot water heater. Ther was a secondary issue that popped up with my shower thabhe was ale to accommodate my schedule and fix. He had competitive prices based on other quotes for the same job. He has a steam punk attire and blacked out van, but don't let that stop you from chosing to have services done by him.

After explaining the problem- he quickly trouble shoot the issue and told me what the issue was and He went to work and gone it done quicker than I had anticipated. He explained to me prior to doing the work of what would be involved. He notified about his delay (traffic) and still arrived in time originally specified.
