Shelby was exceptional and meticulous in providing his service the other day. He was patient and understood my need....which I liked that he listened instead of telling me what I wanted! Most important... he listened to accimplish the task. I need to add quite pleasant and calming personality too! Gonna call him back for those handyman chores that I can't handle. Thanks Shelby!
