Once we arrive at your location, our service calls are $125 minimum * We do have a $25 canceling policy for any cancellations once selected as a company for service. He was able to come same day in the evening to do a toilet replacement since he was working nearby. Stayed to look at a few other things I needed fixed and what steps to take next to prepare for the work. Cleaned up better than it was before. No upcharge for buying my own toilet and he had all the extra parts to get things done. ------- First install was done so well I had him come back for another. Went out of his way to get the area clean and was able to tackle a badly rusted bolt I thought would be trouble. Highly recommended.

Dan was a superb hire for installing a toilet. He was efficient, flexible and courteous. Dan skillfully replaced a toilet with no issues. He was also very flexible in changing his schedule as the toilet “s delivery window kept changing. Finally, he was extremely courteous to my nephew and mother. Will definitely hire again for projects.
