- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates and charge each project by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find more about the project from pictures to get a better understanding of their vision. From there, I move to planning which consists of the cost for the project, acquiring materials if needed, and scheduling. Lastly, on the job I always ask questions and provide updates via pictures or verbal notification in order to ensure the job is done correctly and to the client's satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training consists of learning from other contractors and in depth research before doing a job.
