What can I say!! 5 stars plus.
FERNANDO AND HIS PARTNER WERE SO GREAT WITH WORK ETHICS AND PERSONALITY AND BUSINESS/PERSONAL MANNERS. THER WENT ABOVE MY OUTSIDE WINDOWS,AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. COMMUNICATION BEFORE COMING AND WHILE HERE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED Backyard. Windows front and back of house, cleaned webs off garage walls, cleaned stairs, loaded and took away junk from garage. Recommended landscaping service ( which I will definitely call for after holidays). I couldn't ask for better service. He is definitely my govto handyman plus. I highly recommend him for many services. Thank you soo much.

The workers were polite and did the work for a reasonable fee. I appreciated that they were willing to come in on a weekend to take care of an item that was urgent. They cleaned up afterwards and the job was well done.

I first got Chavez Barbosa to come and clean a rental property for me after some irresponsible tenants left my property a disaster. Fernando with Chavez Barbosa came in with his team and worked there magic. Needless to say they now take care of all of my properties. They are meticulous, organized, punctual, take pride in there work and worth every penny. i highly recommend there service and confidently say they are the best.

Great guy, fast ,reliable. We needed a circuit breaker installed and Fernando came in and took care of things in less than 15 minutes . Great service. We give him 5 starts.
