I've owned and operated cleaning businesses, like JEL’s Magic Touch Industrial Cleaning Services since 2021 and now A&E Commercial Cleaning Services, which shows real-world knowledge of client needs, job sites, and professional standards. Safety & Compliance Awareness – Experience working in warehouses, job sites, and industrial environments has given me training in safety protocols, hazard awareness, and proper handling of equipment/cleaning agents. Specialized Cleaning Skills – Training in move-in/move-out cleanups, industrial warehouse cleaning, office upkeep, and job site cleanup. Equipment Knowledge – Skilled in using commercial cleaning tools (floor buffers, power washers, vacuums, etc.) and maintenance equipment, along with safe use of power tools. Leadership & Organization – My history supervising teams in warehouse and laborer roles reflects my ability to manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality standards are met. Customer Service & Professional Standards – Years of working directly with clients and vendors, giving me strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability.
