Great communication, stellar price & value, nice people, punctual & great service. All of my furniture was wrapped, no walls were damaged, and they took great care to move everything correctly & effectively, while still trying to keep themselves safe (which I also appreciated). This company is a moving gem. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The movers were very fast and professional. The only problem I had was that even though I had explicitly asked for packing services in my request and also messaged the owner about packing -- the guys that showed up seemed to have no idea that they would need to do any packing. Once that was cleared up with the owner, they did proceed to pack very efficiently and move quickly.

Overall they movers did a very good job. They were fast and efficient, plus they were nice people, very patient with your special requests (such as which furniture goes to which room, which items to be careful when moving, etc.) They did make a small innocent mistake by leaving behind a small box of items, but when I contacted them about it, they immediately gave me a call and apologized nicely and told me they would checked the truck first thing the next morning, and if not found, they would reimburse me for those lost items. As they promised, they found the items the next morning and brought them to my place before noon. I think they handled the situation really well and I was pretty happy about it.

Team worked hard and managed to lift some very heavy furniture up a flight of stairs. No permanent damage done to walls or wall paint. The team brought enough blankets cover the entire entry and stairs. Overall good value for the money
